Contents per 1 capsule:
Ashwagandha root extract (Withania Somnifera L.) DER 6:1 500 mg.
Including vitanolides 7.5 mg.
The recommended daily serving necessary for the beneficial effects of the product is 1 capsule per day, sipped with water.
Do not exceed the recommended serving for consumption during the day.
