If you don't have a bathtub you can use the oil in the shower. Before bathing, pour it on your hands and rub it on your abdomen, shoulders and chest. Wait a while and get into the water or shower inhaling deeply. Complete the ritual with a shower oil, then pat your body dry and apply our stress-relieving body oil. One bottle will provide up to 20 deeply relaxing baths.
