Take 6 capsules with fruit juice or other sweetened liquid 3 to 4 times a day, before and after exercise, for the first 7 days. Thereafter, to maintain use, consume 6 capsules 1 to 3 times a day. Take a 3 to 4 hour break between doses. For continuous use after 28 days, take one serving (6 capsules) per day. Drink plenty of fluids along with this product.
