Ingredients: medium length triglycerides MCT (derived from coconut and palm oil) including caprylic acid, capsule ingredients: bovine gelatin; glazing agent (glycerol).

Take 1 capsule 2 times a day with a meal, drinking a glass of water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Best consumed before the end: date on the bottom of the package.
