The oil is designed to be used with an atomizer for pure, undiluted diffusion. Remove the dropper, attach the diffusion head and insert into the atomizer.

Alternatively, add a few drops to 5 ml of a carrier oil of your choice and apply to your wrists or add to a warm bath.
