Of course, systematically: preferably in the morning after breakfast and in the evening before going to bed. We use a sonic toothbrush similarly to that of a classic toothbrush, with the difference that, being electric, a sonic toothbrush has a timer built into it, measuring the time it should take to thoroughly and effectively clean the entire mouth. You can quickly learn how to guide this brush so that each part and side of the teeth, and often the gums, are treated evenly. Brushing teeth with a sonic toothbrush is not difficult. Positioned at a 45-degree angle, the brush head should be slowly moved along the dental arch. Gentle circular movements will massage the gums. Use the sonic brush to clean the outside and inside of the dentition and the chewing surfaces of the teeth. Does the toothpaste for a sonic toothbrush have to be special? If we reach for a good toothbrush, it is definitely worth reaching for a good toothpaste as well. Among the pastes, it is worth choosing those with the so-called low abrasiveness coefficient, because even at high brush speeds they are safe for tooth enamel, and at the same time they do not lose their effectiveness in fighting deposits and stains.

Before using the toothbrush, consult your doctor if you have undergone oral surgery in the last two months. The device may cause mild bleeding of the gums during the first few days of use. If the bleeding does not stop within a week or is unusually heavy, consult your doctor.

Regularly clean your SEYSSO toothbrush by rinsing the handle and head under running water. If necessary, use a soft cloth and mild soap to clean dirt. After each brushing, remove the tip from the toothbrush and clean the handle cap to get rid of plaque and toothpaste residue. Do not wash the head, handle, charging station, or travel case in the dishwasher. If the toothbrush will not be used for a long period of time, unplug the microUSB charger, clean all kit components and place the toothbrush in a cool, dry place away from sunlight.
