The order recommended by SEYSSO is flossing-brushing-rinsing. Removing food debris with floss unclogs interdental spaces and allows the active ingredients in the toothpaste and rinse to work in them.

Take about 45 cm of floss out of the package. Wrap the ends of the floss around the fingers of both hands so that there is enough space to work between the teeth. Gently slide the floss between your teeth, avoiding sudden pressure so as not to damage your gums. Gently move the floss up and down, creating a "C" shaped motion around each tooth. Make sure the floss reaches the gum line to remove plaque and food debris. As you move the floss between teeth, use a clean piece of floss after each pass to avoid transferring bacteria from one area to another. Repeat this process for all spaces between teeth. After using the floss, rinse your mouth thoroughly with water or use mouthwash.
Store SEYSSO Carbon floss in a dry place, away from direct sunlight. Make sure the package is tightly closed.
