Dried, cut nettle leaf (35 percent), field horsetail herb (30 percent), black currant leaf (15 percent), fennel fruit (10 percent), lemongrass herb (10 percent).
Ingredients: Infusion of 1 sachet (2 g) / Infusion of 3 sachets (6 g).
Common nettle leaf 0.7 g / 2.1 g
Herb of field horsetail 0.6 g / 1.8 g
Black currant leaf 0.3 g / 0.9 g
Fennel fruit 0.2 g / 0.6 g
Lemongrass herb 0.2 g / 0.6 g
Do not exceed 3 sachets per day.
Pour 1 sachet over a glass of boiling water, brew covered for about 5 minutes.
