Melissa officinalis leaf (Melissa officinalis Folium), common goldenseal herb (Leonurus cardiaca Herba), narrow-leaved lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia mill. Flos), sage herb (Salvia officinalis Herba), rosemary herb (Rosmarinus officinalis Herba), carob herb (Lycopus europaeus Herba).
Content of ingredients in a daily serving (6 full teaspoons, 3 x 200 ml of infusion):
Melissa leaf 3.2 g
Heart of goldenseal herb 2.4 g
Narrow-leaved lavender flower 2.4 g
Sage herb 1.6 g
Rosemary herb 1.6 g
Caraway herb 0.8 g
Pour two teaspoons (4 g) of the mixture over a glass (200 ml) of boiling water, leave covered for about 15 minutes. Drink three glasses a day before meals. Systematic consumption of the tea brings the best results. Do not exceed the recommended portion to be consumed during the day.
Store in a dry, dark place at temperatures below 25°C, out of the reach of small children.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the product ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not consume the tea.
