Hawthorn pinnatifid fruit (Crataegus pinnatifida Fructus), hawthorn monogyna inflorescence (Crataegus monogyna Flos), seraphim herb (Leonurus cardiaca Herba), mountain arnica flower (Arnica montana Flos), small-leaved linden inflorescence (Tilla cordata mill. Flos), cherry fruit (Prunus avium Fructus), rosemary herb (Rosmarinus officinalis Herba).

Content of ingredients in a daily serving (2 full teaspoons, 2 x 200 ml of infusion):

Hawthorn pinnate fruit 0.6 g

Hawthorn inflorescence 0.6 g

Heart of goldenseal herb 0.4 g

Arnica montana flower 0.1 g

Small-leaved linden inflorescence 0.1 g

Cherry fruit 0.1 g

Rosemary herb 0.1 g

Pour one teaspoon (1 g) of the mixture over a glass (200 ml) of boiling water, leave covered for about 15 minutes. Drink two glasses a day before meals. Systematic consumption of the tea brings the best results. Do not exceed the recommended portion to be consumed during the day.

Store in a dry, dark place at temperatures below 25°C, out of the reach of small children.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the product ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not consume the tea.
