Sage in the form of infusions is used to support the proper work of the digestive system. Sage leaves contain, among other things, essential oils, tannins, vitamins and organic acids.

Due to its anti-inflammatory and anti-bacterial properties, sage is excellent for gargles in the mouth and throat. It soothes gum irritation and relieves sore throat. It is recommended for a variety of ulcers, afts, and - in the form of a compress - for stretched tendons.
