Magnesium Diglycinate uses magnesium bound to the amino acid glycine, which facilitates intestinal absorption.

Magnesium is a mineral that activates some 300 enzymes, including those that regulate functions critical to energy production and metabolism, muscle contraction, nerve impulse transmission and bone mineralization. In addition, magnesium is required for fatty acid synthesis, protein synthesis and glucose metabolism. Magnesium status is also important for regulating calcium metabolism through its effect on parathyroid glands.

Other ingredients: None.

Not made with yeast, wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Manufactured in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Mix 1 level teaspoon of powder in at least 200 ml of juice or water. Take 1 to 2 times a day with food. This product must be diluted in liquid before consumption.

After opening, store in a cool, dry place.
