Vitamin B-6 (pyridoxine) acts primarily as an enzyme catalyst in many body processes, including energy metabolism and neurotransmitter function. Before it can be used for this purpose, it must be converted to a coenzyme form (P-5-P) by the liver. P-5-P eliminates this step by providing B-6 in its converted form, allowing for greater bioavailability.

  • Vitamin B-6 [from 50 mg pyridoxal-5-phosphate (P-5-P) coenzyme monohydrate] 33 mg.
  • Magnesium (from Bisglycinate Magnesium) (TRAACS®) 25 mg.

Other ingredients: rice flour, hypromellose (cellulose capsule), microcrystalline cellulose, stearic acid (vegetable source) and silicon dioxide.

Not made with wheat, gluten, soy, milk, egg, fish, shellfish or tree nut ingredients. Manufactured in a GMP facility that processes other ingredients containing these allergens.

Take 1 capsule daily with a meal.

After opening, store in a cool, dry place.
