Take 2 tablets daily with a meal. RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: 2 tablets. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving for consumption.
Vitamin D supplementation is not recommended for people with high blood calcium levels. Before use, it is advisable to test 25-(OH)D in the blood and consult the test result with a doctor or pharmacist. The product is intended for the healthy adult population up to 75 years of age. Do not buy if the outer seal is broken or missing. The product may not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Do not use in people who are predisposed to kidney stone formation or who suffer from kidney stones. Store the product tightly closed in a cool, dry place. Dietary supplements should be kept out of the reach of small children.
