NORDBO Vitamin C & Zinc combines two important ingredients for the immune system. The vegan capsules contain vitamin C in the form of calcium ascorbate and zinc in the form of zinc picolinate.

Calcium ascorbate is an acid-neutral form of vitamin C that is easily absorbed and gentle on the stomach. This form also naturally provides a small dose of calcium. Zinc picolinate means that zinc is bound to picolinic acid, which facilitates its absorption by the body.

Vitamin C and zinc contribute to the proper functioning of the immune system and protection against oxidative stress. They also contribute to maintaining the body's normal acid-base balance.

The product is made in Sweden and is certified I'm Vegan by the Swedish Animals' Rights organization.

Benefits of calcium ascorbate

Many vitamin C supplements contain ascorbic acid, which has an acidic pH value and can be irritating to the stomach. Instead, we use calcium ascorbate, a buffered form of vitamin C with a higher pH value that is gentle on the stomach even in large doses.

1 capsule contains: 500 mg vitamin C (625% RDI), 12.5 mg zinc (125% RDI) and 57 mg calcium (7% RDI).
2 capsules contain: 1000 mg of vitamin C (1250% RDI), 25 mg of zinc (250% RDI) and 114 mg of calcium (14% RDI).

Ingredients: Calcium ascorbate, zinc picolinate, bulking agent (magnesium stearate), vegetable capsule (cellulose).
Take 1-2 capsules daily with water, preferably with a meal.
Do not exceed the recommended dose.
