NORDBO Double Calm contains lemon balm extract and natural L-theanine from green tea. Melissa has a documented effect on anxiety, anxiety-related symptoms and restless sleep. L-theanine is an amino acid extracted from green tea that contributes to a calm state of mind and improved sleep quality. Double Calm has a calming effect without causing fatigue and can therefore be used during the day for inner calm and cognitive retention, as well as in the evening for more restful sleep.

Melissa balm - documented effects

Melissa extract was tested in a study * involving 30 participants who took 600 mg for 15 days - equivalent to 2 capsules of Double Calm. Results showed significant improvements in stress symptoms, including: 49% reduction in anxiety, 72% reduction in anxiety-related symptoms such as tension, emotional instability, etc.) and 39% reduction in insomnia.

Ingredients: Melissa (melissa officinalis L.) extract, green tea (camellia sinensis) extract with 40% L-theanine, anti-caking agent (rice extract), vegetable capsule (HPMC).

Take 1-2 capsules daily. Capsules can be taken during the day for calmness or in the evening for restful sleep. Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
