Take two capsules from the "Lutein, Zinc, Vitamins A, B1, B2, C and E" jar and two capsules from the "Omega-3" jar daily. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. For the proper functioning of the body, a balanced diet and a proper lifestyle are important. Dietary supplement can not replace a balanced diet.

Store in a tightly closed container, at room temperature 15-25°C, in a dry place out of the reach of children.
