Inulin, menaquinone (MK-7, vitamin K from chickpeas), cholecalciferol (vitamin D from lanolin), L-leucine, capsule shell: hydroxypropylmethylcellulose.

1 capsule (daily serving) contains:

- Vitamin D - 50 µg (2000 IU) - 1000% of RWS*.

- Vitamin K - 100 µg - 133% of RWS*.

*% RWS - daily reference intake value for an adult.

Take 1 capsule daily with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Leading a healthy lifestyle and eating a varied diet are essential for good health.

Do not use in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the product ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should consult a doctor before use. Before use, it is advisable to take a 25-(OH)D test in the blood and consult the result with a doctor or pharmacist. The product should not be used by people taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (such as warfarin and acenocoumarol).
