The optimal daily dose of collagen for most people - 5000 mg - is contained in one sachet of Premium Collagen. If your nutritionist recommends a higher dose, or you want faster results, you can take two sachets a day. Collagen can be taken at any time of day, preferably about 2 hours apart from a meal. Dissolve the contents of the sachet in ¾ cup of milk or plant-based dairy drink. Stir and drink.
