Moisturizing tonic for scalp prone to oiliness. Formulated with a base of 95% natural ingredients, it regulates daytime oiliness. The no-rinse, alcohol-free formula, based on sage and horsetail extracts, significantly reduces oily scalp, reducing sebum secretion.
