Store in a dry and airy place, out of the reach of small children.
After opening, store in the original package, at a temperature below 5°C and consume within 2 months.

The fatty acid bioesters in SmartMe oil may react with plastics and dissolve some of them. Therefore, store SmartMe oil in the original glass bottle or other glass container.

The dietary supplement is intended for a healthy population of adults up to 75 years of age. Before use, it is recommended to take a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the test result with your doctor or pharmacist.
Adults: 5 ml per day (1 teaspoon) - after a meal.
