L-OptiZinc® is a form of zinc-complexed with the amino acid methionine.
Scientific studies have shown that this form of zinc is better absorbed and stays in the body longer than several other tested forms. The formula contains L-OptiZinc®, which is zinc in the form of a complex with the amino acid L-methionine, and copper in the form of a chelate.

Ingredients: rice starch, capsule ingredient: glazing agent (cellulose); L-OptiZinc® (zinc mono-L-methionine sulfate), anti-caking agents (vegetable fatty acids), copper diglycinate.
Take 1 capsule daily with a meal, drinking a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.
Best consumed before the end: date on the bottom of the package.
