NORSAN Omega-3 Capsules contain natural fish oil with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids. It provides a daily dose of 1,500 mg of omega-3 (4 capsules).

Thanks to its high dosage, the Omega-3 Capsules product is a good alternative to oil in liquid form. It is ideal for those who do not want to take pure liquid oil or for those who travel.

The high quality of the raw materials, avoids unpleasant reflux and rebound after taking Omega-3 Capsules product. The most important thing is the freshness of the oil which guarantees the minimum time between catching the fish and processing it - only 4 hours. The unique and meticulous processing and purification process guarantees the exceptional quality of NORSAN fish oil.

WHAT DOES IT CONTAIN?

NATURALLY OMEGA-3-rich FISH OIL
Omega-3 Capsule Fish Oil comes from sustainably wild caught fish and is the same one we use for our proven Omega-3 Total. NORSAN fish oil is derived directly from the flesh of the fish, not as a by-product of fish liver. Small fish from sustainably caught, wild-caught fish such as sardines, mackerel and anchovies are caught. Once caught, right on the boat, the fish are processed and refrigerated. The fishery is subject to strict Norwegian guidelines and has a recognized "Friends of the Sea" certification. The fish oil is then purified from contaminants and PCBs and checked according to strict Norwegian regulations.

All-natural composition, without the use of concentrates
Omega-3 Capsules consist of natural and unconcentrated fish oil, with a complex of more than 50 fatty acids. The extraction and purification of our fish oil is gentle and preserves the natural structure of fish fatty acids. The difference between natural fish oil and concentrate is that in concentrates, the natural structure of the fatty acids is altered by various chemical processes to artificially inflate the concentration of omega-3 fatty acids.

Unique 3-stage cleaning with micro-distillation
Effective cleaning should ensure that the fish oil is free of contaminants. This is usually achieved in a two-step cleaning process. For the fish oil in our NORSAN Omega-3 Total, we use a state-of-the-art and unique 3-step method that also includes an expensive microdistillation process. This allows us to offer the best and purest quality.

WHAT TO CHOOSE: CAPSULES OR PURE FISH OIL?

At NORSAN, we are convinced that nature has planned everything in terms of nutrient and food composition, so that natural and unmodified foods are better absorbed by the body. Therefore, NORSAN fish oil is natural oil and we do not chemically process it to make it thicker. Choosing between Omega-3 Capsules and the liquid version of fish oil is a matter of taste. On the one hand, capsules are easier to store on the go and are more suitable for people who don't like to consume pure oil. On the other hand, liquid fish oil is more convenient to integrate into daily life, as it can simply be added to food like normal oil, and it tastes so good that it can also be consumed in its pure form without any problem. Another aspect is the difference in price - capsules are more expensive in the production process due to the additional work step, capsule production, which affects the final price. Thus, the alternative product to liquid oil is more expensive than oil in its original form. We recommend choosing according to your own tastes and feelings. Both products are optimal sources of omega-3 fatty acids and are made from natural oil from wild fish from sustainable fisheries.
