Melissa officinalis leaf (Melissa officinalis Folium), passionflower herb (Passiflora incarnata Herba), narrow-leaved lavender flower (Lavandula angustifolia mill. Flos), common verbena herb (Verbena officinalis Herba), common hop cones (Humulus lupulus Flos), cherry fruit (Prunus avium Fructus), field poppy flower (Papaver rhoeas Flos).
Contents of ingredients in a daily serving (3 full teaspoons, 3 x 200 ml of infusion):
Melissa (leaf) 2.25 g
Passionflower (herb) 1.4 g
Narrow-leaved lavender (flower) 1.4 g
Common verbena (herb) 1.4 g
Common hops (cones) 1.2 g
Cherry (fruit) 1.2 g
Field poppy (flower) 0.15 g
Pour one teaspoon (3 g) of the mixture over a glass (200 ml) of boiling water, leave covered for about 15 minutes. Drink three glasses a day before meals. Systematic consumption of the tea brings the best results. Do not exceed the recommended portion to be consumed during the day.
Store in a dry, dark place at temperatures below 25°C, out of the reach of small children.
Do not use in case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any of the product ingredients. Pregnant and breastfeeding women should not consume the tea.
Dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute (replacement) for a varied diet. Leading a healthy lifestyle and eating a balanced diet are essential for good health.
