Zinc Balance is a synergistic combination of zinc L-monomethionine and copper gluconate. L-monomethionine zinc resists interference with absorption from fiber and phytic acid. The mineral zinc supports skeletal and immune system health. Both zinc and copper are needed to support superoxide dismutase (SOD) activity, which plays a key role in the body's endogenous antioxidant network.

Zinc (as L-monomethionate) (from L-OptiZinc), Copper (as gluconate), bulking agent: cellulose and anti-caking agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids (vegetable source). Capsule; gelatin.

Take 1 capsule daily or every other day, preferably with food. RECOMMENDED DAILY DOSE: 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving for consumption.
