OmegaMe Vege dietary supplement contains as much as 510 mg of DHA. Just one capsule per day is enough to provide the recommended daily serving of Omega 3 DHA fatty acids.
OmegaMe Vege dietary supplement contains as much as 2,000 IU of vitamin D3 extracted from algae, so it can be used by people on a plant-based diet. It is a direct substitute for animal-derived vitamin D (such as from lanolin).
