With each capsule of N°1 ProBiotic, you will provide yourself with 30 billion bacterial cultures from 10 bacterial strains. The individual strains have a numbering (you'll find it in the formulation, after the Latin name of the strain), which means that the strain has been accurately identified. The dietary supplement's composition includes such bacteria as:
Gram-positive bacteria residing in the large intestine. Present in the human intestinal tract practically from the very beginning of life, as the newborn receives them when passing through the birth canal.
Lactobacillus are gram-positive bacteria classified as lactic acid bacteria. Some of them are involved in the process of lactic fermentation. Lactobacillus plantarum has one of the largest genomes among lactic bacteria, and Lactobacillus rhamnosus is used as an ingredient in yogurts and dairy products.

In addition to the strains, N°1 ProBiotic contains acacia fiber. It is not digested by the human body, instead it can be used by bacteria to grow.
Each bacterial cell is coated with a thin lipid layer that provides protection not only during storage, but also when passing through the digestive system. Microencapsulation also protects against moisture, acidity, light, oxygen. It is thanks to such good protection that you are assured that the bacterial cultures will reach the downstream sections of the digestive tract. With up to 5 times fewer bacteria protected by microencapsulation, you can populate the intestines just as effectively as with a larger number of bacteria lacking this protection.
