Ingredients: water, soy lecithin phospholipids (soy), sodium L-ascorbate, alcohol (ethanol), acidity regulator: citric acid. Recommended 1-2 sachets per day. Higher therapeutic doses, consult a doctor or nutritionist. If you are pregnant or breastfeeding, consult your doctor before using this product. For best results, tear or cut off the end of the sachet and squeeze the contents directly into your mouth or into 30-60 ml of juice or spring water at room temperature or slightly lower. To speed up absorption, it is recommended to consume the supplement on an empty stomach, at least 15 minutes before eating.
