ANAGAIN TM NU

Stimulates hair growth, nourishes hair and prevents hair aging.
It is a natural hair growth stimulator made from pea shoots.
The pea shoots are grown indoors without soil in special bioreactors and then extracted with 15% ethyl alcohol.
The extract is transformed into a powder by granulation.
AnaGainTM Nu stimulates signaling molecules in the cells of the dermis layer of the skin that are essential for the initiation of new hair growth.
It enhances the expression of FGF7 and NOG genes that regulate hair growth: noggin - a protein that shortens the telogen phase of hair, FGF7 - fibroblast growth factor 7, which promotes the proliferation of matrix keratinocytes at the beginning of the new anagen phase.

EFFECTIVENESS OF ANAGAIN TM NU CONFIRMED BY STUDIES

A study conducted in Switzerland on 21 patients between the ages of 22 and 63 losing more than 100 hairs per day (an average of 163 hairs/day) showed that a 2-month supplementation of 100 mg of AnaGainTM Nu per day results in a statistical reduction in hair loss: after one month of use by -33.9% and after two months by -37.1%, as well as an improvement in hair density.

KERANAT TM

This formulation is an innovative and patented ingredient.
KeranatTM is millet seed extract in lipid form.
The millet from which it is extracted supports the beauty, shine, silkiness and volume of hair.
KeranatTM contains: fatty acids: linoleic acid, polar lipids: phospholipids, ceramides and glycosylceramides and DGDG (digalactosyldiglyceride), miliacin: a rare triterpenoid found only in millet.

EFFICACY OF KERANAT TM CONFIRMED BY STUDIES

Three clinical trials were conducted to evaluate the efficacy of a dietary supplement containing KeranatTM and the following results were obtained:
KeranatTM was well tolerated, effectively reduced hair loss and improved hair condition.
After 6 weeks, positive effects on hair beauty and shine were noted.
91% of participants observed a decrease in hair loss.
75% of women noticed shinier and softer hair after 6 weeks of use.
An increase in cell proliferation in the hair bulb, an increase in hair growth, and a decrease in hair loss were observed.
An ex vivo clinical study evaluated cellular proliferation of keratinocytes in the scalp under 150 μg/ml of KeranatTM containing miliacin and polar lipids (glyoxyceramides, ceramides and phospholipids).
A significant and significant stimulation of the mitotic index in the epithelial cells of the hair follicle was observed. With KeranatTM, the number of cells in mitosis was about 21% compared to 8.8% for the control group.
The study showed an increase in cell proliferation in the hair bulb.
KeranatTM at a concentration of 150 μg/ml increases hair root cell proliferation by about 140% and is more potent than miliacin alone at the same concentration.
An important and significant stimulation of cell proliferation in the epithelial cells of the hair bulb was observed. With KeranatTM, the number of cells in mitosis was about 21% compared to 8.8% in the control group (p<0.007).
The study showed that KeranatTM at a dose of 150 μg/ml was well tolerated, effectively reduced hair loss and improved hair condition.
The parameters observed in the study were hair number, percentage of hair in telogen phase, appearance and overall hair condition.
Doses of IGF1 (insulin-like growth factor) and KGF (keratinocyte growth factor) were tested by ELISA immunoassay.
The method used to determine the percentage of hair in the telogen and anagen phases was the trichogram.
There was a significant (p<0.01) increase (+11.5%) in IGF1 secretion in the KeranatTM-treated scalp compared to the control group.
There was a significant (p<0.01) increase (+20.8%) in the volume of collagen in the connective tissue of hair in KeranatTM-treated subjects compared to the control group.

BAMBOO SHOOT EXTRACT (BAMBUSA VULGARIS)

The formula contains Bambusa vulgaris shoot extract standardized for naturally occurring silica and contains 130 mg of organic silicon.
Bamboo extract is the richest known source of silica, as it contains 70% organic silica. The plant is native to the tropical part of Asia.
Silica increases hair volume, strengthens and improves hair density, eliminates damaged scalp cells and promotes collagen production. The mineral promotes the growth of thick and healthy hair and increases its shine.
The effectiveness of silica is well documented and supported by numerous studies.
Use of the new oral supplement has shown a significant increase in the number of mature hair after 90 and 180 days of use.
