Vitamin C is a water-soluble nutrient known for its critical role in immune system function. Vitamin C is also needed for collagen production and thus important for skin, bones and joints. It is also needed for amino acid metabolism, neurotransmitter synthesis and the consumption of many nutrients, such as folic acid and iron. It is also a highly effective antioxidant that can protect body cells and molecules from damage by free radicals generated during normal metabolism and exposure to environmental stressors.
This product is formulated to provide vitamin C continuously and contains rosehips as an additional source of vitamin C. From the FDA: Some scientific research suggests that antioxidant consumption may lower the risk of certain cancers. However, the FDA has determined that the evidence is limited and inconclusive.

Ingredients: vitamin C (L-ascorbic acid), anti-caking agent (cellulose), glazing agent (hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose, vegetable fatty acids, powdered cellulose), anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of vegetable fatty acids).
Take 1 tablet daily with a glass of water.
Do not exceed the recommended serving for consumption during the day.
Best consumed before the end: date on the bottom of the package.
