Ingredients: medium-length triglycerides (from coconut and palm oil), vitamin D (cholecalciferol from lanolin).

Shake vigorously before use. Adults: 1 drop (1000 IU) 1 to 2 times a day with a meal preferably containing fat. Measure drops directly into a teaspoon or into a lukewarm beverage and drink immediately.

Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Best consumed before the end: date on the bottom of the package.
