Muscle Relief Magnesium is specially formulated for muscle recovery and is suitable for people who exercise or experience mild muscle cramps. The supplement is a combination of magnesium diglycinate, magnesium malate and magnesium lactate, all of which have high bioavailability and are gentle on the stomach. The capsules also contain highly concentrated cherry extract and standardized ginger extract. Magnesium contributes to the proper functioning of muscles and the nervous system, and to reducing feelings of fatigue and tiredness. Cherries contribute to muscle regeneration, and ginger contains the bioactive substance gingerol. Manufactured in Sweden and certified vegan.
