Daily preventive health care for vitamin and micronutrient deficiencies. Amla fruit, also known as "Indian gooseberry contains a high amount of vitamin C, as well as more than 50 phytochemicals such as polyphenols and bioflavonoids.

- Guava
Guava is rich in vitamins, carotenoids, polyphenols and antioxidant pigments.

- Indian Basil
Indian basil is a sacred plant for Hindus and a very well-documented medicinal plant in Ayurveda. It contains many healthy nutrients, such as ursolic acid, rosmarinic acid and oleic acid, which provide multiple health benefits.

- Curry leaves
Known for their blood sugar improving properties and antioxidant effects.

- Lemons
Lemon peels are rich in vitamins, including folic acid, folate and phytonutrients.

- Mushrooms
The vitamin D contained in BENEGANIC ESSENTIALS is derived from mushrooms. Fungi - like our skin, can also produce vitamin D when exposed to sunlight. The provitamin D (ergosterol) present in mushrooms is converted into vitamin D2 (ergocaliferol) in this process.

- Algae
Dunaliella salina belongs to the group of green algae. They have the ability to accumulate large amounts of beta-carotene when exposed to light and high concentrations of salt.

Powdered mushroom (Agaricus bisphorus), algae extract (Dunaliella salina), hydroxypropylmethylcellulose (capsule).
