L-cysteine hydrochloride; L-methionine; calcium D-pantothenate (pantothenic acid); capsule ingredient: hydroxypropyl methylcellulose; field horsetail herb extract (Equisetum arvense L.) standardized to 32% silica DER 20:1; rice flour; anti-caking agent: silicon dioxide; copper diglycinate (copper); calcium L-methylfolate (folic acid); D-biotin (biotin).

Adults: 1 capsule daily at noon.

NewMe Night

Adults: 1 capsule daily in the evening.
