Apple fruit extract (Malus domestica, Borkh), millet extract (Panicum miliaceum L.), field horsetail extract (Equisetum arvense L.) containing silica, L-cysteine (anhydrous hydrochloride), L-methionine, pantothenic acid (calcium d-pantothenate), zinc (zinc oxide), copper (copper sulfate), biotin (d-biotin), bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; anti-caking agents: carboxymethyl cellulose and silicon dioxide; components of the tablet shell: binding agent: magnesium salts of fatty acids; glazing agent.

Take 1 tablet daily with a meal, drinking water. Continue use for at least 3 months for best results.
