Fiber is the silent hero of weight loss - it helps to control appetite and constantly improves digestion comfort. During reduction, one of the challenges is to protect muscle tissue, which can "drop" along with fat. BCAA branched-chain amino acids, or leucine, isoleucine and valine, are three essential essential amino acids that the body does not produce on its own. They are an excellent support for those people who want to minimize muscle loss as much as possible during a caloric deficit. Why else is it worth taking amino acids? Supplements will support post-workout recovery, which can be more difficult on a reduction diet. After all, fewer calories are associated with less energy, fatigue, and prolonged recovery time. Sports nutrition and supplements containing amino acids will therefore be indispensable during reduction, protecting your muscles from catabolism while allowing you to train more efficiently.
